At PcGoGo (TECHVISTA Co., Ltd.), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a refund subject to the following terms.
Eligible for Refund
- The refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The product has a critical technical issue that our support team cannot resolve.
- You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a system error.
Not Eligible for Refund
- The refund request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- You have already used the license key to activate the product and the product is functioning as described.
- The request is based on a change of mind, or the product description was clearly available before purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@pcgogo.com with your order number, the email address used during purchase, and a brief description of the reason for your refund request.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.
